(1) walk around the north side of the mesa on the Tonto trail to
Miner's spring
(2) hike back up to the Grandview trail and...

Bob, believe that we are talking about the same source...It is noted
on the map in a smaller drainage just west of Cottonwood creekbed...

I DID contact the BCO (after my initial posting) and they confirmed
that Miner's Spring is the only reliable perennial water near the
mesa. They did allow...
