found that my son did best with a Camelback and a few snacks in it when
younger. He seemed to focus on the water pack and it helps keep them...

Take some moleskin and put it on at the first feel of a hot spot. Or
put it on before you hike if you know of places you usually get
blisters. AND CUT...
