With just two minutes effort that picture could have been reduced 33k
(vs 330K) - so if we're going to encourage attachments - maybe some
graphics training...

Get with the times...You need a cable modem or at least DSL.
Dialup is too slow and not worth the waste of time given the
cost/benefits of high-speed...
