I met someone in the Phoenix area two days ago who said that the
water had been turned off for some reason at Indian Garden. Can

It might be interesting for someone to actually find out what our
backcountry fees are being used for at the Park. I would guess that
they are being used...

There is an aspect to the fee discussion that has not surfaced so far.
Relative to other visitors, backpackers are a very small part of the
Park Service...
