I was reminded of a river trip in mid-Nov 1975. We hiked from river to past
Mooney Falls and back with daylight at end. I wish I could do half that now!

Good answer on how to get to the river Dove but I was confused by
Dean's question. Did Dean really get what he wanted? Havasupai is in
the Grand Canyon...

there is no "trail." one must switch from bank to bank, criss-croos on
travertine "dams" and wade... It's a long round trip. See a topo.
