It has been dry for a couple of years so Lake Powell and Lake Mead
are much lower than normal. Unless there is a huge snowfall in the
Green and Colorado...

I was refering to any special releases, as in I believe the year
before last, when they spiked it up to 30,000cfs (later running it
way low all summer...
