Mary....Tylenol is not an anti-inflammatory drug...never take it with
alcohol...it's just for pain...I never use it.

Does "nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory pain relievers" just mean
tylenol or does it also mean aspirin and ibuprofin?

I was surprised to read in the article that many med's people often
take b/4 & during a hike can cause problems with kidney function.

Sonya--Your point is well made. Obviously you know more about
this than I do but as I understand it you will do better if you also
eat some potassium...

assembled with a graphics program. I experimented a little with color
