Interesting article on how NPS at GC is working hard to keep the
public away from the North Rim but they'll use the NPS plows to keep
the entire highway...

I have crossed over several different ways. Most of the gullies go. You also
can go along the river. It appears pretty difficult because of the catclaw....

I've been over saddles on both sides of Nankoweap Butte and I think
the west side is easier. If you go down into the bed leading to

is there reliable arrangement where one can leave car at S Rim
(trailhead?) and get shuttle to Lees Ferry? (Can sack out at Lees
Ferry without reservation...
