The dumbist thing I have done (so far) near the Grand Canyon was to head
out west of Moencopi in a passenger car on a road which was supposed to
be graded...

BE9 is the Hance Creek Use Area. You can't get much closer to the
Grandview Trail without moving up onto Horseshoe Mesa (and out of
BE9). There's not much...
