tent pegs
I was just wondering what tent pegs people find work best in the hard
ground of the canyon. I've always used standard metal pegs of about
a 5mm diameter...

That's Ghiglieri and Myers (Tom). Martin (Tom also) writes great
hiking from the river books not about deaths in GC. Myers was the
other Doc at the Canyon...
