When I was last at the Ranch; I had stake one day and
stew the next; I'd pick the stew if it's still the
same as I was really looking to recharge my body...

The stew is all you can eat. The steak is generously sized with NO
fat--but you can only get one of the steak tho everything else with

consists, and what the serving size of meals at the phantom?.
When I was there on my first hike in April 1998, the veggie meal
was just the steak dinner...
