5-Mile Wash & 9 Mile Wash routes
Anybody done the 5-Mile or 9 Mile Wash routes recently to the river?
Would be interested in hearing any uptodate info about either.

like less than 100 people a year got out there. I don't recall
either Tiyo Pt. or Pt....

I think part of the irony is that there is a nice train station at
the canyon, with tracks--where the Backcountry Office is--and trains
don't stop...

But the strength training must be oriented to the joints and muscles
that get the downhill load.
