My reading of that message was they were planning on charging for use
of certain e-mail services. I did not understand that as charging for

I don't thinking it is good to give such poor service prior to there starting to charge for there service. But then I guess there marketing people are smarter...

I've often had eratic results in posting, but usualy only delayed by
1-10 hours, not days!

The temps are not conducive to ice buildup - if its there it should
be leaving. Bet there won't be any protected snow drifts on the N
Rim in June.
