Succuessful First Backpack
I completed the hermit/tonto/BA loop in early march for my first
true backpack (one previous bag-night). Thank you all for help with
planning this trek...

When do the worst rains come to the canyon? I like to hike after a

In the situation you suggest, night hiking in brush, I guess I would
wear loose jeans and leather boots. Hard to suffer a bite through
