Coming down the Grandview Trail to Horseshoe Mesa...if I continue out
the left arm of the Mesa, does the trail drop over and descend to the
Tonto or would I...

There will be no snow on the ground unless it snows before then. Our winter was very dry and what little snow we had is gone. Have fun with your adventure! ...

Hi Steve....I asked at the Back Country Office a week before my backpacking hike and they said (officially :-) that vehicles should not drop off hikers...

I was there last week, and the SK road is closed off to private vehicles.
The picnic lot had a lot of cars in it, but no one seemed to be around so I
