Pencil springs is flowing as of 5/10. We topped off
our water supply there on the way up Kanab to Jumpup
to Indian Hollow. There is water in the creek...

Good research Tom. Have you reported this to the BLM managers as an
obvious abuse of public access? I mistakenly assumed this was a
