Refer to the Jumpup Point Topo map. I think the loop you're
intending to do is down the Sowats Point Trail (which, by the way,
isn't on Sowats...

The easiest way down the "jump up" is with a rope and the easiest way
up is having someone hold the ladder (tree branch) while you go up it.

I've done the loop from the bottom - up Kwagunt over and down into
Sowats then down into Jumpup and don't remember any ladders. Getting
out of Kwagunt takes...
