If you know how to use hiking sticks properly you can add a couple of miles per
hour to your pace on level ground. You have to use the wrist staps properly...

LOL I suppose it does however I still don't like them. I have
found gloves to be nice off trail for hot rocks and rough ones.

Sounds like a commercial for using sticks. Faster and helped you
continue on with an injury. Get really off-trail and out of the
