Just one comment for those who hike with kids. Actually, the same
holds true for adults. The first hike we did where anyone had a
camelback type system...

noticeable difference, especially while wearing a pack.

I bought my poles through REI and have used them twice. I had little problem
adjusting to them and for whatever reason find myself hiking at a faster
rate...

I use Leki poles also anytime the terrain is rough or steep. I like the Super
Makalu model because the offset grips and shocks really help reduce stress to...
