Trail guides aren't new to GC! What do you call the mule trains to Phantom Ranch? It's a paid service by people who can't or don't want to walk down. But...

I've been rafting and kayaking for over 20 years, including Class 5 runs, and the "pucker factor" on some of the hikes described on this board exceed ANYTHING...
