Heart Rate, more
Failed to mention that when I took a break I would take the pack off
or rest the weight on a rock.
Correct on the LCR... we day hiked it without a pack
up...

Heart Rate
I major in the obscure, so for what it is worth I wore a heart rate
monitor through the loop I just did Tanner 10/8, Beamer day hike and
west bound...
