Pipeline Break
There has been a pipeline break near Phantom. No word at this point
on when it will be fixed. Anyone going to BA campground should bring
water...

My understanding is that a number of dams around the country have
been retrofitted with selective-withdrawal mechanisms, by which water
can be withdrawn...
