I have done the Royal Arch Rt somewhere around four times. For fast hikers,
five days should be all right but you will cover quite a few miles a day...

downplay the difficulty of the rappel, I've sometimes wished I didn't

IMO five days is enough to do the route you asked although you will have to move fairly fast. If you are not an experienced climber I would definitely...
