Just to add, We have always found water at Mt. Sheep Spring. At the junction of Kanab and Jumpup we have found water sometimes, sometimes dry but upstream...

We have done that trip in 7-9 days but with no layover days. We did take the extra time to explore most of the Kanab sidecanyons. They are wonderful. Adair
