The real kick in the head is that most sport drinks
don't have much salt. They are not really balanced
electrolyte replacement drinks so much as fuel...

Yikes, if fritos and peanuts (salted, I presume) don't have a lot of
salt, did he give you any suggestions for saltier snacks... or breakfast
foods, for...
