You are NOT nuts to try this trail then--the first drop will have snow, but
we had instep crampons and hiking poles and did just fine. It is a gorgeous
time...

Tanner trail 3/23-3/28
I'm planning on trying to descend Tanner trail next weekend for a 5
night roundtrip to the confluence of the Little Colorado River. I've
