Most HMO type coverage covers rescue under transportation as ambulance which
is what an air-ambulance is.

expenses if you are on a rafting trip... not backpacking in the GC.

I, too, called Divers Security. Their coverage is only secondary.
Your primary health insurance would be billed first in the case of
a medivac or other...
