I want to hike the length of canyon?
I have read a book by Colin Fletcher "the man who walked through
time". Is it possible to repeat the hike that he descibes in the
book? Who should I talk to...

According to REI.com they do sell esbit fuel. $5.95 for a 12 pack.
The store closest to Sky Harbor is the Tempe store.
