All things are relative: my 23yr-old daughter is in good shape (albeit with bad knees), not pregnant as far as I know, does like to backpack into the canyon,...

I am not sure if this helps. I made a 4700 climb when I was seven months
pregnant and went down the rapids of the Snake River at 8 and1/2 months.

cut off an inch or so of remaining bone to allow for tissue to cover the bone...
