Total California condor numbers in the world just reached 220 which
is ten times the low number back in the early 80s. Yesterday there
were over 20 condors...

Tom...from what I have read,NPS fee demo money is not treated like BLM or
USFS fee demo money(I believe more of the latter is retained locally but
still used...
