N. Bass, Swamp Ridge Rd. Reopened
As of last Fri. (I missed this one) the N. Bass Trail and Swamp Ridge
Rd. were re-opened. Powell Plateau remains closed for safety reasons.

Protecting toes
I have had several people in my classes use a tip given on Denise
Traver's website, hitthetrail.com, with great success...the "gel toe
pads" used by ballet...
