To the best of my aging memory,a "fee demo" poll was taken via the board
conference call and an internet poll of the board members.

That's odd,Doug...I thought all board members were polled on fee demo and
the majority were against it's continuation...and then the letter was
written.

There was no vote by the board on fee demo and GCHBA has not adopted
a position opposing fee demo for Grand Canyon. One board member
resigned over conflicts...
