Mike--I am sure there will be some older but my mother did an
overnighter to Indian Gardens a couple of years ago at 80 or 81.

I would think
the hiker should have the right away like the pedestrian does.

I bet during their on-going trail constuction projects the NPS has
ATV's on the corridor trails. They certainly have one down at Phantom
Ranch they're using...
