Managing as Wilderness
If the administration of Grand Canyon National Park is really
concerned with managing 98% of the Grand Canyon as wilderness,
perhaps they should consider...

Backcountry Management Plan will be on the table once the CRMP is settled. Current document that governs backcountry is, I believe, the 1988 Backcountry...
