Aha!! This indeed seems to imply the Tapeats break at almost a
direct line between Jones and Hillers Pts as Karin suggests, with the
access starting...

To find the 'beginning' of the Cattle Route proceed up the N. Kaibab Trail from Phantom Ranch for about 4 miles to the 3,300' elevation level at the beginning...
