I do have 3 very small gripes with the BCO at this point.
1) The BCO has all these rules and procedures, some of the procedures
are not posted, not obvious,...

At that time the guides would probably be guiding rather than selling

BCO states they do client list checks and also watch for repeat names
as stand-ins.

Recognizing a system is unfair (it is said over and over in the
letter you quote) and then justifying it on the basis it only hurts a
few people or a little...

The company with trips that I previously posted seems to put the end
to that assumption. They were advertising openings so "verifiable
client list" does not...
