I have used the pack service before and it was in the $50 range for 30
lbs. I used 5 gal buckets to pack the food in (we did not have gear
packed in) this...

REI carries a big blue collapsable bucket that I use. It holds about
3 gallons, folds down very flat and weighs almost nothing.
