Bright colored camping gear has been around for a long time.
Even Colin Fletcher recommends a brighter colored tent for winter
camping.

I don't see any problem with bright colors in the wilderness if that's what
the person wants or has to do to avoid being shot by a hunter.

I think that boycotting is going a bit too far. I am all for
LNT and abide by the practices encouraged by them. However, I can't say
