Kevin...I think I've only given one hiker(who was already a patient) a Valium and that was when he requested it for severe muscle soreness and he couldn't...

I checked with the pharmacist in my family and valium would not be
something prescribed by any doctor (can't be self prescribed...

Good point... I personally avoid all meds while hiking given my body
is already max'd out just dealing with the physical stress not to
mention trying to...

Kevin...it's NOT for the otherhikers...it's for ME. Obviously I wouldn't prescribe them for patients/hikers/clients because then I'd have to do a thorough...

hiking and/or under physically stressful conditions brought on by

Yes, right next to door into the house is a door labeled public
bathroom with a nice sink, potty, and even tp!
