In addition, this route should only be attempted by someone who
understands the difference between repel and rappel. Use caution
with advice from anyone...

Actually Doug is correct in saying their is no way to continue hiking/scrambling down Elves Chasm from Royal Arch, but it can be repelled with the right...

1 -- Going down Royal Arch with a plan to go back up and out is
risky. If you encounter one of the streambed...
