I think someone with a real serious fear of heights could be pretty
spooked when carrying a pack. I took a friend who has this problem
for a short dayhike...

Crown Royal is good too. Helps to relax muscles and mind. I have met
lots of hikers who after the days hike have a drink. Alcohol in
moderation I don't...
