Going to hike the Kaibab trail on the 2nd of May. Does anybody know, or have a good phone number, to find if the water spickets (spelling?) will be turned on...

Yep, the redwall. There was two spots where the trail was really slanted.
If you slipped there was not much stopping you from sliding over the edge.
