I began faxing my May request at 12:01 am on Jan 1. Had to set the fax on
auto-redial because the line was very busy, so apparently others had the
same idea....

Is it acceptable (advised?) to start faxxing the permit request at
12:01 a.m. on June 1 or would this be annoying? Second, would one be
better off to use FEDX...
