Bob is correct, the fork where Phantom turns north can be properly
called Outlet, since that is the name above the rim and the naming
below the rim is just...

On the 15-minute maps, the branch of Phantom Canyon that goes between Tio Point and the
Colonnade is not labeled as Phantom, but if you follow the drainage up...
