You guys already have me. At my best I liked about 7-8 miles a day
but some of those miles could be pretty ridiculous. The point is

The GC is about downhill to start. If you want steep try the South
Kaibab. The North Kaibab is pretty steep down to BA creek but after
that it is a stroll....
