The park currently has a large crew of voluneers working the S. Bass

S. Kaibab Closure Again
The S. Kaibab trail has been closed today from the rim to the Tonto
trail junction. Yesterday's nearly 2 inches of moisture has done
more damage. No date...

Apparently a couple of years of inflows of the Paria have accumulated
a lot of sand at its Colorado confluence and this has the high flow
folks all worked...

They supply two types, both in the $12-10 a pair range, one being the Ice Walkers by Covell Enterprises. The other is similar.
