Anyone been up to Separation Canyon from South Cove recently.
Advice on chanel location depth, navigation of river?

No - and I am an alumni from there! Not a canyon within hundreds of
miles from the campus, too.

Although I usually drive to the Canyon when I need a permit, I agree

How about an internet signup system? One that displayed what is
available real time and allowed prospective hikers to sign up. That
is how the BLM set up...
