Visitor Study
I've been to the Boundary Waters Wilderness in Northern Minnesota on
seeral occasions and they have a requirement that you have to go to
the ranger station...

A significant amount of winter river capacity goes to waste because of
demand. I hope a significant amount of summer hiking capacity goes to
waste...
