Good system but doesn't do anything for the no-show problem. You
still have space that people couldn't access because someone else had
the permit. Same day...

Visitor Study
I've been to the Boundary Waters Wilderness in Northern Minnesota on
seeral occasions and they have a requirement that you have to go to
the ranger station...
