i have a quick question,i live in michigan and when faxing in a
permit request on a 1st of the month,they start with a 1st come 1st
serve basis at midnight...

Dec. thru Feb. the first Hikers Express is at 8:00 AM but the first Green Line goes
there (from CVIP) at 6:15 AM. Water will be on at IG. I agree to come...
